  • Robert Moore, President

    Robert has 10 years of property management experience, focusing primarily on single-family and multi-family residential properties.  Robert has established himself in the fundamental role of Senior Property Manager for our rapidly growing portfolio of residential and multi-family properties.

    Robert performs several duties including regular correspondence with property owners, managing accounting processes and overseeing the leasing process for homes under our management.

    In addition to Robert’s extensive background in Property Management and customer service, Robert is also a licensed Realtor®.

  • Lionel Akpovi, Broker

    Lionel is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with more than 10 years of property management experience.   Lionel obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno. 

    As a Regional Property Manager for Countryside Property Management, Lionel takes great pride in serving real estate investors and rental property owners throughout Fresno, Clovis, Sanger, Hanford, Madera and beyond.  His in-depth knowledge of real estate markets throughout Fresno, Kings and Madera Counties allows Lionel to assist his clients with confidence and ease.

  • Jason Alves, Senior Property Manager

    Jason has over 10 years of experience in the Property Management industry including business operations, customer service, marketing, property maintenance, and financial analysis. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Chico.

  • Marissa Camarena, Property Coordinator

    Marissa provides valuable support to our Property Managers, including clerical and organizational duties, property management accounting, rental application processing, coordinating with current and prospective tenants, and general customer service.  

    Marissa obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Fresno and a Master of Science Degree from Kaplan University. 

  • David Alves, Property Inspector

    David works closely with other members of our staff as a Property Inspector. 

    David specializes in property inspections and evaluations, helping to ensure that every property under our management is properly maintained and cared for. He plays an important role in our maintenance department, reviewing and managing inspection reports and maintenance requests.

  • Diane Bone, Resident Relations

    Diane brings 14 years of customer service experience to her role as a Resident Relations specialist. Her responsibilities include processing rental applications, general correspondence with Residents, maintenance coordination, and administrative assistance . 

    Diane approaches everything she does with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of customer service possible. She is an important asset to our company.  

    Additionally, Diane is pursuing an Associates Degree at Modesto Junior College, and has plans to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration CSU, Stanislaus.
